Payment Options
Payment is due in full at the time of service. We accept cash, check, debit cards, Visa and Mastercard.
Insurance Billing
If you would like us to bill your insurance, please check on your coverage so we may bill them accordingly. You are responsible for all co-payments, deductibles and other adjustments made by your insurance company. If you are unable to obtain a verification of benefits from your insurance, we will require full payment at the time services rendered. Insurance companies may reimburse differently than the information they initially provide to us. You are responsible for any resulting unpaid balance.
Covered and Non-Covered Services
All credentialed providers must sign contracts with insurance companies and abide by the guidelines within those contracts. This means we cannot bill your insurance company for services that are not medically necessary to benefit your immediate health, and we will not bill you the difference between our price and their contracted rates. While most visits are covered for existing health concerns, we cannot always bill for things like therapy, allergy testing, or injection therapy. We will discuss your treatment options with you in order to avoid any surprise bills.
Supplements / Natural Medicines
Due to the lack of FDA regulation of many natural medicines and supplements these are not covered by your insurance drug benefit. Many Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts may cover some of these items.
Missed Appointments / Late Cancellations
All appointment cancellations must occur within 24 hours of the appointment. If it is less than 24 hours, you will be charged a fee for the missed appointment.
Past Due Accounts
- Accounts greater than 30 days past due will be charged an administrative fee.
- Accounts greater than 90 days overdue will be sent to a collection agency.
