I.A.S.T.M. (Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization)
IASTM (Blading, Graston, Gua sha) is a form of soft tissue manual therapy that allows clinicians to effectively address scar tissue and fascial restrictions and maintain optimal range of motion in their patients. IASTM facilitates a cascade of healing activities that result in remodeling of affected tissues and structures.
IASTM is clinically proven to achieve faster and better outcomes for acute and chronic conditions such as Achilles Tendonitis, Carpel Tunnel, Adhesive Capsulitis, IT Band Syndrome, Tennis Elbow, Lumbar Strain, and Plantar Fasciitis to name a few conditions. It is used extensively in the NFL, NBA, Olympics, NHL, MLS, MLB, and collegiate sports.
